DOES YOUR CHILD HAVE

ANY OF THESE CHALLENGES?

You have great kids but they just don’t listen, often being told to do something a hundred times before they actually do anything.
Your kids are bright and intelligent, yet they have trouble paying attention at home, in school or in any important situation, even being classified as an “ADD” or “ADHD” child.
Your kids are simply shy and lack the confidence and self-esteem needed to live up to their full potential.

ABOUT

JUNIOR MARTIAL ARTS

Between the foods we eat and the constant sitting and staring at screens and devices, many kids aren't getting enough exercise. Our program raises the bar on physical fitness, challenging them to meet new standards for greater reward. Moreover, it's jam-packed with new activities and drills, which are all designed to disguise the repetition of training.

It's crucial for kids to exercise and wear themselves out. Our classes will help develop the physical habits at a young age that  they need to grow into healthy adults. In addition, the physical habits they establish now will lay a strong foundation for their future well-being.

LIFELONG CHARACTER AND SUCCESS TRAITS

The teen years can be tough on both parents and kids alike as children start to assert their independence and explore their personalities and identities. Our Junior martial arts program takes the next step with them and uses the framework of martial arts to demonstrate the value of self-discipline, hard work, and confidence. We strive to show these students how to empower themselves while also promoting health and fitness all at once.

Since many children will age into the Junior program before being able to test for a Black Belt, we use this time to instill good practices in setting goals, determining what is needed to achieve these goals, and building the grit to follow through to success. During these adolescent years, we're dedicated to equipping them with essential life skills.

FORGING NEW LEADERS

Junior students who show great dedication, skill, and potential may be invited to join the dojo's staff as Assistant Instructors. This opportunity further gives them unique chances that don't always exist in a schoolroom setting to develop leadership and social skills. These students will attend Youth classes as helpers, setting up equipment, motivating the younger students, and demonstrating techniques.

We are exceptionally proud of our Juniors and the value they add to classes, offering personal attention and guidance to the younger kids. In return, they see their esteem rise in the eyes of their peers and are even more ready to take on the challenges of the adult world when that time comes.

My daughter loves going to classes!! She has gained so much self esteem and grown since she started that it just amazes me. The instructors really work great with the kids especially the younger ones. They do well with the balance between fun and demanding focus and respect.

My son Jordan (10) has been going here for a few years and they have been absolutely wonderful! Teaching not only martial arts, but respect and self control. All of the teachers have been great working with him on his skills and he improves every week.
