Our Junior Program is for ages 10-15. The curriculum consists of kicking, punching, and self-defense techniques from hair, wrist or shirt grabs, pushes, punches, etc. Most importantly we focus on more than just the typical training areas. We teach verbal self-defense, as well as goal setting, fitness and being a positive role model.
